We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your confirmation email to request a refund. If you use your video within 30 days of purchase and either don’t hear back from us within 7 days or are unsatisfied with the coaching quality, you can request a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will refund you the money you spent on the product and discontinue your purchase code. This will protect us from having you get a refund and still submit a video to be coached.

Satisfaction and issues
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of coaching you received or have waited more than 7 days to receive your feedback, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
If we inspect your video and find that the video we have returned to you is up to our quality standards, your refund request may be rejected.
You may request an exchange between coaching of different sports. If you bought a biking video and have not used it but would like to change it to a ski video, we can do that for you upon request.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
